All orders sent by Australia Post standard mail unless otherwise requested.
Postage is generally FLAT RATE $9.50 within Australia depending on size and weight of the package. Postage is added during the checkout process. Large parcels, especially those posted to states other than Queensland, may attract an additional postage charge. Very small or light parcels may be entitled to a shipping discount or refund, please leave a note in the Comment section of Checkout.
If you wish to insure your parcel with Australia Post, please add $4.00 to your payment to cover Registered Post. This is recommended for larger orders in particular.
Return of goods can be made within 7 days of customer receiving product. If the product is in original condition and packaging you will be given a full refund.
Estimated delivery time of in-stock items is 7-10 days. Custom orders will have a delay, estimation will be given prior to payment processing.
Postage to countries outside Australia will be charged at cost. Please email me prior to ordering if you require a quote for postage: bel@spiralgarden.com.au.
For local orders, please use the code "Local" in the Discount Coupon section of Checkout to waive shipping charges. Arrangements for pickup or delivery of your order should be made prior to using this code.
